    ** Co enters time charter contract with Singapore-based
SwissMarine for one of its capesize dry bulk vessels, the motor
vessel New York
    ** Gross charter rate is $6,300/day for the first trip of
the charter period and $17,600/day for the balance period of the
time charter
    ** Charter is expected to commence on Jan. 12
    ** Stock fell 36% in 2024
