    ** Co paused dosing in its early-to-mid stage study of blood
cancer therapy MGTA-117, after a participant experienced
respiratory failure and cardiac arrest resulting in death
    ** The information has been reported to the U.S. FDA, says

    ** MGTA-117 was being studied to treat myeloid leukemia and
myelodysplastic syndrome, types of blood and bone marrow cancer
    ** In Dec, co had stopped dosing in one of its cohorts after
observing dose-limiting toxicities in the second and third dosed
participants
