BUZZ-Digi shares gain on market debut ** Shares in the Spanish subsidiary of Romanian telecoms operator Digi, DIGIS.MC, rise about 7% on market debut at €6.00
** On Tuesday, Digi priced its 150 million euro ($171.96 million) initial public offering at 5.60 euros per share, implying a market capitalization of around €1.66 billion
** Digi raised €150 million through the sale of new shares, while parent Digi Communications sold about €137 million worth of existing shares
** The IPO, which was postponed in April due to geopolitical instability, is the second listing on the Spanish stock market this year after the engineering and tech group TSK's TSK.MC debut in May
** Madrid's General index .SMSI was down 0.26%
