Telefonica is exploring the sale of its insurance and reinsurance unit for about €100 million, with Allianz ALVG.DE among potential bidders alongside AXA, Generali and Zurich, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday, citing market sources.
REPSOL REP.MC
Repsol and Moeve plan to bid for a Defence Ministry fuel supply contract worth nearly €1.5 billion, covering military ships, aircraft and facilities, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.
Separately, Jefferies raised its target price on Repsol to €32 from €28.

Jefferies raised its target price on the company to €22 from €18.
