NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be
held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 9 June 2026 at the offices of Stephenson
Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH. The following documents (as
applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available
today:

-     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
("Annual Report");

-     Notice of AGM; and

-     Form of Proxy.

The Company's formal Notice of AGM and Annual Report will be available on the

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R copies of the documents have been
