The tech-heavy Nasdaq led Wall Street higher on Monday supported by megacap
growth stocks including Apple and Tesla, ahead of quarterly results from
industry heavyweights through the week.  .N 
    
    At 14:14 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.22% at
34,584.44. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.37% at 4,522.2 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.84% at 14,231.868.
