Statement regarding Telecity Group plc
Digital Realty Trust, Inc. ("Digital Realty") notes the recent speculation regarding a potential transaction involving Telecity Group plc ("Telecity"). Digital Realty confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Telecity.
This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 2.8 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code") in the U.K. As a result of this announcement Digital Realty will, together with any party acting in concert with Digital Realty, be bound by the restrictions contained in Rule 2.8 of the Code.
