Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Digitalbox plc, (AIM:DBOX) the mobile-first digital media business, which owns
leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke and The Tab,
announces that Martin Higginson, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the
Board of the Company with immediate effect to concentrate on his other
business interests.

Martin joined the plc Board in February 2019 having founded the Digitalbox
Publishing business some years earlier. He was a member of the Company's
Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Disclosure Committees.

The Company will now start the process of recruiting a replacement Non
Executive Director.
