Australia's Digitalx hits 39-week high amid discounted placement

** Shares of Digitalx  DCC.AX  rise as much as 40.7% to
A$0.076, their highest levels since March 18
    ** Co is set to raise A$10.3 mln ($6.53 mln) through a
private placement, with an additional rights issue to raise
A$5.09 mln from existing shareholders
    ** Issue price of A$0.047 is at a 5% discount to last
closing price of A$0.05 on Tuesday
    ** Co says 41 Bitcoin to be returned over course of Calendar
year 2024
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
April 14
    ** About 21 million shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 5.1 million 
    ** Stock has risen 12.5% this year, as of last close
