** Shares of Digitalx Ltd  DCC.AX  fall as much as 2.9% to
A$0.034, their lowest level since June 16
    ** Investment co says co's DigitalX Bitcoin fund declined
4.4% as at the end of Aug
    ** Co's DigitalX fund declined 7.7% as at the end of Aug
    ** Says performance of both DigitalX funds reflected the
step-down in Bitcoin's price in Aug
    ** Shares of co are up 29.6% YTD as of last close
