** Shares of Dilip Buildcon DIBL.NS rises as much as 11.9%; last up 7.3% at 421.5 rupees
** Stock set for highest intraday pct gain since July 24
** Engineering, procurement and construction co wins LOI for LPG pipeline project from Paradip, Odisha to Raipur, Chattisgarh from Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB)
** Project is worth 18 billion rupees ($188.88 million)
** Project entails the grant of an exclusive license by PNGRB to act as the authorized entity for the development of “pipeline” infrastructure for the transportation of LPG and to levy and collect tariff for the transportation of LPG for a period of 25 years 
** More than 2.4 million shares traded vs 30-day avg of 279,186 shares
** YTD, stock down ~8%
