** Co gets Letter of Intent from REC Power Development and Consultancy for establishing 400kV sub-station at Mekhali for 18.5 bln rupees ($201.3 mln)

** More than 605,000 shares traded as of 12:46 p.m. IST, nearly 2x their 30-day moving avg

** DIBL last up 1%, cutting YTD losses to 3.8%
