Construction gets letter of acceptance for new project worth
6.99 bln rupees ($84 million) 
    ** Co shares trading above 50-day and 100-day simple moving
averages signalling bullish momentum 
    ** Three of 5 analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, 2
"hold;" median TP 327 rupees - Refinitiv IBES 
    ** Stock has risen ~45% this year
