Ltd DIBL.NS rise as much as 5.6% to 185.7 rupees
** Co on Monday, after market hours, said it was declared
lowest bidder for a tender floated by the National Highways
Authority of India
** Cost of project at 7.80 billion rupees (~$95 million)
** Trading volume at 681,939 shares as of 09:51 a.m. IST,
2.9x the 30-day moving avg
** As of last close, stock down 14.8% so far this year after
falling ~51% in 2022
