** Dilip Buildcon DIBL.NS rises as much as 4.5% to 538 rupees; eyes a fourth straight session of gains

   ** Stock last up 1.9%

   ** Construction co's JV wins contract to develop a 100 MW solar PV power project to supply power to Madhya Pradesh state-owned utility body

   ** The power off-taker will invest 312 mln rupees ($3.5 mln) for a 26% equity stake in the JV, DIBL says

   ** YTD, DIBL up 14%
