("Dillistone", the "Company" or the "Group")

Result of GM & Directorate Change

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this Announcement shall
have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Appendix II of the Company's
announcement issued at 4.47 p.m. on 4 February 2026, unless the context
requires otherwise.

Dillistone is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to its General
Meeting held today were duly passed.

The votes cast are set out below:

Board Changes

As first announced in the Proposed Placing and Subscription announcement on 4
February 2026 and the associated Circular sent to shareholders on 5 February
2026, Matthias Riechert and Aakash Vanchi Nath will join the board of
Dillistone as non-executive directors on Wednesday 25 February 2026 subject
only to Admission of the Placing Shares and Subscription Shares.

Also conditional on Admission, Chief Technology Officer Simon Warburton, and
Chief Engineering Officer, Steve Hammond will both step down from the Board on
Wednesday 25 February 2026. Both Steve and Simon will remain as directors of
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ikiru People Limited.

Commenting on these changes, Giles Fearnley, Non-Executive Chairman, said:
"Following Admission, Simon Warburton and Steven Hammond will be stepping down
from the Board. I thank them both for the significant contributions that they
have each made to the Board and the company over the years during which they
have served as directors and I am, therefore, delighted that we will continue
to benefit from their skills and experience as they both remain with us as
executive directors of our subsidiary, Ikiru People Ltd.

I am also delighted to welcome both Matthias Riechert and Aakash Vanchi Nath
who are joining the Board as non-executive directors. We shall benefit greatly
from their expertise as the Group develops, and delivers on, its new
strategy."

Save for the information set out below, there are no further disclosures to be
made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies in respect of the appointments of Matthias Siegfried Riechert, aged
52 and Aakash Vanchi Nath, aged 40.

9,000,000 Ordinary Shares or 25.4% of the Enlarged Share Capital of the
Company.
