 The Company announces that Johnny Thomson, Chief Executive Officer, on 4
 December 2023 sold 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company which, after payment
 of tax, will be used to fund a property purchase.

 Following this transaction, Johnny retains a beneficial holding of 166,270
 ordinary shares.
