responsibilities (PDMRs)

 

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 19 March 2026, Katie
Bickerstaffe, Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 251
Ordinary Shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Katie
Bickerstaffe's total shareholding is 2,120 Ordinary Shares.

 

The Company has also been notified that on 19 March 2026, Geraldine Huse,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 535 Ordinary Shares in the
Company. Following this transaction, Geraldine Huse's total shareholding is
3,726 Ordinary Shares.

 

The Company has also been notified that on 20 March 2026, Ian El-Mokadem,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500 Ordinary Shares in the
Company. Following this transaction, Ian El-Mokadem's total shareholding is
1,500 Ordinary Shares.
