Total Voting Rights

 

 

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA")
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as of 30 November 2025, the total
number of issued ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") is 134,317,398. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in
Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is
134,317,398 which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
