Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene
nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, is
pleased to announce that CFO, Giorgio Bonfanti, 30, who joined the Company in
May 2021 has been appointed to the Board of Directa Plus with immediate
effect.
Before joining the Company, Giorgio was employed by the global accountancy
network PwC since 2014, working out of their Milan office. His most recent
role was as a Senior Manager in their Deals practice, which is focussed on
assistance with stock exchange listings, due diligence, company valuations,
business plans, financial restructuring and accounting audits.
Giorgio holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Finance and Control, from the
University Bocconi, Milan and a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, with a
specialisation in Finance, from the University Cattolica, Milan.
