Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and will be available shortly on the Company's website.
 
The AGM will be held on Friday 26 June 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (CEST) at ComoNExT - Science and Technology Park, Via Cavour 2, 22074 Lomazzo (Co), Italy.  Due to various governmental COVID-19 guidelines, no shareholders will be able to attend.
