DIRTT: Rises on Nasdaq application for dual listing

** Building-interior maker's shares  DRT.TO  rise ~2% to
C$6.02 after co applies for dual listing to Nasdaq
    ** Says applied to list on Nasdaq under ticker symbol
"DRTT", expects listing to be effective in mid-October
    ** DRT will continue trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange
    ** DRT's shares are down over 10% this year
