a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to
industry, announces that, pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), it has been
informed that Celia Baxter, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a
Non-Executive Director of Genus plc, a leading global animal genetics company
quoted on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from today's date.
