a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to
industry, announces that, on 3 March 2025, Mrs Mary Watson, wife of Clive
Watson, Non-Executive Director, acquired a total of 5,000 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £5.43.
Following this purchase, Clive Watson is interested in 36,471 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's voting share capital.
