a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to
industry, announces that, on 10 December 2025, Bruce Thompson, Non-Executive
Chairman, purchased a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £6.053.
Following this purchase, Bruce Thompson is interested in 90,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's voting share
capital.
