Subject:   Submission of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-22 post
correction of an Inadvertent Error

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

This is in continuation to our communication dated September 4, 2022 wherein
the Company had intimated that the 34(th) Annual General Meeting of the
members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 26, 2022
at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.

 

In this regard, it is informed that an inadvertent error has been noticed in
the name of one of the signatory to the financial statements, after the same
was dispatched to the Shareholders on September 4, 2022, on Page No(s). 47,
155, 156, 157, 159, 223, 234, 235, 236, 238 & 304 of the Annual Report.
The above-mentioned error has been corrected. The corrected Annual Report is
available on the website of the Company at viz. https://www.dishd2h.com
(https://www.dishd2h.com) .

 

Except for the correction as mentioned above, there is no other correction /
revision in the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.
Further, all the shareholders of the Company have been informed electronically
of the aforesaid correction and have been provided link to download the
corrected Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.
