meeting held today, i.e. February 10, 2023, has inter-alia considered and
approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter
and Nine months period ended December 31, 2022, of the financial Year 2022-23,
both on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS, duly
reviewed by M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the
Statutory Auditors of the Company together with Limited Review report thereon.

 

The Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3(rd) Quarter and nine months period
ended on December 31, 2022, both on standalone and consolidated basis, along
with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon,
