Dear Sir/Madam,

 

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their
meeting held today, i.e. August 08, 2023 has inter-alia:

 

1.     Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for three
months period ended June 30, 2023 (Q1) of the Financial Year 2023-24, on
standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS, duly reviewed by
Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors
of the Company, together with Limited Review report thereon; and

 

2.     Upon receipt of approval of Ministry of Information and
Broadcasting ('MIB') dated August 3, 2023, the Board appointed Mr. Manoj
Dobhal, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, in the category of
Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from August 23, 2023.

 

The Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter and Three months ended
June 30, 2023, both on standalone and consolidated basis, along with the
Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon, together with
the Earning Release are available on the website of the Company at the
