meeting held today, i.e. November 14, 2022, has inter-alia considered and
approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second
quarter (Q2) and half year ended on September 30, 2022, of the financial Year
2022-23, both on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS,
duly reviewed by M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the
Statutory Auditors of the Company together with Limited Review report thereon.

 

The Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Q2) and half year
ended on September 30, 2022, both on standalone and consolidated basis, along
with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon,
