through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means, and the business(es)

transacted at the AGM.

 

Dr. (Mrs.) Rashmi Aggarwal, Independent Director, was elected as chairperson
for the 34(th) Annual General Meeting of the Company. Requisite quorum being
