Dear Sir,

 

This is to inform you that Postal Ballot Notice of the Company has been duly
sent / dispatched today i.e. November 12, 2024, electronically to those
Members whose email IDs are registered with Link Intime India Private Limited
("Registrar and Transfer Agents" of the Company) or the Depositories.

 

The Company shall be providing facility to all its shareholders to exercise
their right to vote on all businesses proposed at Postal Ballot by electronic
means, by using remote e-voting facility. The said facility is being provided
by National Securities Depositories Ltd (NSDL). The remote e-voting period
shall commence from Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and will
end on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. (IST), and the shareholders
of the Company holding shares as at the cut-off date i.e. Friday, November 8,
2024 shall be eligible to vote using the remote e-voting facility.

 

Notice of Postal Ballot is also be available on the website.
