meeting held, i.e., October 21, 2023, has upon recommendation of Nomination
and Remuneration Committee has considered and re-appointed Mr. Shankar
Aggarwal, as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from October
25, 2023 for a Second term of 5 consecutive years, subject to necessary
approvals. Mr. Shankar Aggarwal has given the confirmation that he is not
debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any
other such authority.
