This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their
meeting held today, i.e. January 22, 2024 has inter-alia considered and
appointed Mrs. Sonal Bankim Parekh, as an Independent Director of the Company
with effect from January 22, 2024 for a first term of 5 consecutive years,
subject to necessary approvals

 

The appointment of Mrs. Sonal Bankim Parekh have been done in terms of the
applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable provisions,
and basis the confirmation that she is not debarred from holding the office of
Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other such authority.
