meeting held today, i.e. February 9, 2024, has inter-alia considered and
approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for third quarter and
nine months period ended December 31, 2023 (Q3) of the Financial Year 2023-24,
on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS, duly reviewed by
S.N. Dhawan & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of
the Company, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, together with
Limited Review report thereon.

 

The Un-Audited Financial Results for the third Quarter and nine months period
ended December 31, 2023, both on standalone and consolidated basis, along with
the Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon, together
