This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting
held today, i.e. September 12, 2024, has inter-alia considered and approved
the appointment of:

 

a.   Mr. Parag Agarwal (DIN: 10652558), as an Independent Director of the
Company; and

b.  Mr. Amit Singhal (DIN: 10764269), as an Independent Director of the
Company;

 

The aforesaid appointments have been done in terms of the applicable
provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable provisions, and basis
the confirmation that the said individuals are not debarred from holding the
office of Directors pursuant to any SEBI order or any other such authority.
