approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Second quarter
and half year period ended September 30, 2023 (Q2) of the Financial Year
2023-24, on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under Ind-AS, duly
reviewed by S.N. Dhawan & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory
Auditors of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations,
together with Limited Review report thereon.

 

The Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and half year ended
September 30, 2023, both on standalone and consolidated basis, along with the
Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon, together with
