Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

This is to inform you that Company has received communications from BSE
Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ('Stock Exchanges') both
dated June 28, 2024 (in evening), wherein fine has been imposed on the
Company, under SEBI's SOP Circular, for non-compliance of Regulations 23(9) of
the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
('Listing Regulations'), in respect of delay by one day in filing the
disclosure of related party transactions for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.

 

It is submitted that the above-mentioned delay of one day in filing the said
disclosure had occurred due to technical reasons, as the Company was trying to
file the same within the prescribed timelines however due to technical reason
the said disclosure was not getting filed. The said delay is without any
malafide / wilful intention on the part of the Company or any of its
directors.
