Change of Auditors

 

Distil plc (AIM:DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum,
Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, TRØVE Botanical Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's
Cream Liqueur and Diva Vodka, announces that, following a tender process, it
has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the Group's new external auditor
with effect from today.

Distil undertook the audit tender process over several months in order to find
an audit firm more commensurate with the size of the Company. PKF will conduct
the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31
March 2022.  Any proposal to re-appoint PKF in respect of the financial year
beginning 1 April 2022 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2022
AGM.

As a consequence of the Company's decision, BDO has resigned by notice to the
Group under section 516 of the Companies Act 2006 and has confirmed that there
are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be
brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Group for the purposes
of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

The Board would like to thank BDO for its past contribution and service as
auditor to the Group.
