Exercise of Share Options, PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights
Distil plc (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brandsRedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's Cream Liqueur and Divavodka,announces that it has issued 1,000,000 new ordinaryshares of 0.1 pence("Ordinary Shares")following the exercise of the equivalent number of share options by Mark Quinn, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at an exercise price of 0.85 pence per Ordinary Share ("Option Shares").
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8:00 a.m. on 15 February 2018 ("Admission"). TheOptionSharesshall rankpari passuwith the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Following Admission, Mark Quinn (and persons related to him) will hold no options or warrants in the Company, and will have a beneficial interest in 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.2% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise500,833,488 Ordinary Shareswith one voting right per share.There areno shares held intreasury.The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 500,833,488.
This figure of 500,833,488 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
