("Distil" or the "Group")

Grant of options

The Board of Distil plc (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg
Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's Cream Liqueur
and Diva Vodka, made the following grant of options to its PDMRs ("Options")
on 4 September 2020:

These Options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each have an exercise price of
1.2775 pence per share, being the average closing mid-market price of a Distil
share over the 10 business days prior to the date of grant.

 

A further 10,500,000 Options, also at the exercise price of 1.2775 pence per
share have been awarded to employees.

 

Options vest 3 years following the date of grant.

 

Following grant of the above options, the total number of ordinary shares
outstanding under option and warrant arrangements equates to 35,750,000
ordinary shares, representing 6.06

per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
