Notice of AGM and availability of Report & Accounts

Further to the announcement of 4 July 2023, the Company announces that the
Report and Accounts, and Notice of Annual General Meeting, have today been
posted to Shareholders. Copies are also available from the Company's
registered office, and are available on the Company's website :
www.distil.uk.com/investors (http://www.distil.uk.com/investors)

The AGM is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m on 3 August 2023 at 71-73
Carter Lane, London EC4V 5EQ.
