Notice of Annual General Meeting and availability of Report & Accounts

 

 

Distil plc (AIM:DIS) announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be
held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 September 2025 at Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue,
London, EC4Y 0DT.

 

Distil further announces that the audit of its financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2024 ("Report & Accounts") is near completion but
has yet to be finalised. The Company expects to publish its Report &
Accounts prior to the date of the AGM.

 

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today.
Copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website
