Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Distil, owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's Cream Liqueur and Diva vodka, announces that the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and AGM Proxy Form have been despatched to shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications. Shareholders who have elected to receive electronic communications will receive an AGM Proxy Form only.
The Company's AGM will be held on 4 July 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4AB. Copies of the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of AGM and AGM Proxy Form are available from the Company's website, www.distil.uk.com
