Result of General Meeting

 

Distil plc (AIM:DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum,
Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, TRØVE Botanical Vodka and Blavod Black Vodka,
announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions
put to the meeting were duly approved by Shareholders:

 Resolution 1: To receive the Annual Report & Accounts of the Company for      690,791,348   99.93%             510,204        0.07%
 the financial year ended 31 March 2025 together with the Directors' reports
 and the auditor's report on those accounts
 Resolution 2:  To re-appoint PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditor  of the Company    691,290,108   100.00%            34,000         0.00%
 to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at
 which accounts are laid before the Company
 Resolution 3:  To authorise the Directors to determine the fees payable to    690,985,315   99.95%             338,793        0.05%
 the auditor

 

†Proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been
included in the "for" total.
