Dec 30 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    DIA  DIDA.MC  
    The company said on Friday it had closed a debt financing
process. 
    
    INSUR  ISUR.MC  
    Insur said on Friday it had extended a buyback program for
24 months on the same terms as agreed on January 28, 2022. 
    Separately, the company said it would pay an interim
dividend of 0.27 euro gross per share on January 13, 2025.
