March 25 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    Workers from Zara, Bershka and other clothing stores owned
by fashion giant Inditex  ITX.MC  protested outside their shops
across Spain on Friday to demand better conditions after the

    The company agrees to a million-dollar penalty with the
Securities and Exchange Commission of the New York Stock

    According to unnamed market sources, Acciona has entrusted
CBRE and JLL with the transfer of its Madrid property Ombu, a
deal estimated at 130 million euros, Spanish economic newspaper

    Three major Grifols shareholders, BlackRock, Europacific
Growth Fund and Capital Research and Management, are lending
bearish investors 7.6% of Grifols' capital, Spanish online news
website El Conficencial reported on Monday. 
    
    TALGO  TLGO.MC  
    The British investment fund Trilantic Capital Partners,
majority shareholder of Talgo, has begun talks with the Swiss
company Stadler to divest its position in Talgo's capital,
Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.
    
    SANTANDER  SAN.MC 
    HSBC raised Santander's target price to 4.9 euros from 4.2
