May 20 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Britain's National Wealth Fund will lend 600 million pounds  ($802.26 million) to Iberdrola-owned ScottishPower to help fund upgrades to the country’s power grid, they said in a joint statement on Thursday.

The company has frozen a plan to sell a portfolio of green assets in the U.S. worth as much as 5 billion euros ($5.63 billion), El Confidencial reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed sources close to the project.

NATURGY NTGY.MC

Naturgy bought 20 biomethane projects from ID Energy Group, in which it plans to invest 500 million euros, Cinco Dias reported on Tuesday.

DIA DIDA.MC

DIA said it would propose a share capital reduction of 290.3 million euros and said it had appointed Alberto Gavazzi as the new chairman to replace Benjamin J. Babcock.

ENDESA ELE.MC

HSBC raised its target price to 28.8 euros from 26.8 euros.
