Following the completion of the Company's Share Buyback Programme and latest
notification of total voting rights, as announced on 1 July 2025, the Company
confirms that, in accordance with DTR 5.5.1R, the percentage of its ordinary
shares held in treasury is 7.79 per cent of its total voting rights.
