2024 and 2023, the Audited Statement of Revenues and Direct Operating Expenses
of OCM Denali Holdings, L.L.C. for the year ended December 31, 2023 and the
Unaudited Pro Forma Condensed Combined Financial Information of the Company
for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and the year ended December 31, 2023.
