Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that that Martin Thomas,
Non-Executive Vice Chair of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board")
recently transacted in ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), as set forth below.

 

Mr. Thomas acquired through the market 1,035 Ordinary Shares at an average
price of 822.98 pence per Ordinary Share on September 25, 2024. Following
this purchase, Mr. Thomas is now interested in 113,850 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.232% of the Company's issued share capital.
